If you don’t have a PayPal Account, no problem, just use the guest account to process your credit card. Then mail or e-mail your application form.
If you want to pay the good old fashioned way by cheque, that is also gladly accepted, with a courtesy discount of CND$100.00 to reflect savings in transaction costs.
